Cancellation Policy
What happens if your plans change.
Deposit
We ask for a 20% deposit to confirm your booking. The balance is payable on arrival.
Cancellation terms
Peak season
December to February
- 14 or more days before arrival
- No charge.
- Less than 14 days before arrival, or no show
- The 20% deposit is not refunded.
- Leaving early
- The total remaining room charge applies.
Rest of the year
March to November
- 7 or more days before arrival
- No charge.
- Less than 7 days before arrival, or no show
- The 20% deposit is not refunded.
- Leaving early
- 20% of the remaining room charge applies.
Refunds
Refunds go back to the same bank account or card used to pay and can take up to 28 days. For refunds by bank transfer, any bank charges are paid by the guest.
