Dare to look deeper within yourself by experiencing active meditations created by Osho that have an amazing therapeutic effect, helping to get out of your mind and into your body, working through traumas, blocks, emotions and releasing whatever doesn’t serve you anymore to create space for what does.

Deepen your yoga practice by exploring different styles of yoga, meditation and breath work. Learning the key differences between each of them. Also, take part in workshops with a focus on deepening connection and working towards specific asana goals. You can relax by the pool or beach, go surfing, connect with others on the retreat or explore the surrounding areas in your free time.

Traditional Hatha Yoga  is a practice of balance through Posture(asana), Pranayama(breath), Mudra (gestures) and Meditation. The Sanskrit word “hatha” can be translated in English two different ways: as “wilful” or “forceful” – the active path of yoga or as a “sun” (ha) and “moon” (tha) – the yoga of balance. Taken together, Hatha Yoga can be described as a set of wilful and active practices that aim to achieve harmony and balance in the mind, body, and spirit.

 

Kundalini Yoga is a combination of movement, breath (pranayama), meditation, and chanting. Its goal is not only to make the body stronger and more energetic, but also to increase your level of self-awareness and consciousness. The Kundalini is untapped energy, coiled at the base of the spine.1 This energy can be drawn up through the body, awakening each of the seven chakras. Full enlightenment occurs when this energy reaches the crown chakra at the top of the head.

 

Kriya Yoga is a powerful and transformative practice that involves a blend of physical postures, breathing exercises, meditation, and deep states of consciousness.  Kriya Yoga is known for its ability to help practitioners achieve a deeper connection with themselve the universe. By incorporating specific techniques and p es, Kriya Yoga aims to harmonize the body, mind, and spirit, leading to a greater sense of peace and inner balance. Through consistent practice and dedication, individuals can experience profound spiritual growth and self-realization.

  • Traditional Hatha Yoga, 90 min,  7am – Monday, Wednesday, Friday  6 pm – Tuesday & Thursday
  • Kundalini Yoga, 75 min 4pm – Tuesday
  • Kriya Yoga, 75 min  4 pm – Thursday

Our Teacher

Her name is Olya and she is a Integrative psychologist, yoga & live coach
She teaches traditional Hatha yoga classes, Pranayama and Meditation and also conduct unique energy practices of Kundalini and Kriya yoga. She studied yoga in its homeland in India and also in Bali. Personal yoga practice for more than 15 years, teaching experience 2 years. She worked in Kazakhstan, Morocco, Thailand, Indonesia and now she is happy to share her knowledge here in Sri Lanka
